Merry Christmas from Restore One

Thank you for the impact you have made.

Your financial support has provided a specialized model of care, loving staff/house parents and a home-like environment in which the boys can thrive. This Christmas we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We also celebrate a momentous year at Restore One; as we can now provide a place of hope for sexually tracked boys at The Anchor House.

The Anchor House Provides:

A Loving Care Team

In the cottage, a married couple serves as house parents; leading the boys through the example of wisdom, spirituality, and grace. Together, they build positive relationships, serve as role models and teach appropriate social skills. Each day, the boys have other staff working with them as well, e.g; Education Coordinator, Social Worker, Counselor and Residential Care Specialists.

An Education

Providing an excellent education program at The Anchor House is a main priority. Our Education Coordinator oversee our onsite school, Anchor Academy. Students are taught various subjects such as English, Math, Science, History, Language, and Art. By working one on one with each boy, we develop an educational plan to meet their individual goals and learning styles.

HOPE

Our HOPE model serves as a guide to measure how well our residents progress through our program of care. Each of the four phases has goals, responsibilities, and privileges that residents are to meet before moving to the next phase. Help Overcoming Past Events comprises the four phases of the HOPE model. Our master curriculum serves as our guiding document that determines who we are and how we approach our work with the boys. The Anchor House recognizes the value of providing trauma-informed care to our residents. The HOPE model is managed by a Master’s Level Counselor.
